Oui j'ai bien vu dans le tuto que tu ne savais pas comment faire pour Mac.
La première chose que j'ai fais est donc de chercher ce fameux fichier via mon Finder. J'en ai trouvé un mais il est pour Adobe (CS4) visiblement :

Je suis vraiment pas sur que ce soit le fichier hosts dont vous parlez et c'est le seul fichier hosts sur mon Mac
