Limitations and Known Issues
Outgoing email messages can be at most 1024 characters in length.

There is no support for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.

HotViewer supports MIME attachments, but it does not support non-MIME attachment formats such as uuencode.

For Nokia 7650 and 3650 users with GPRS, we recommend using an Internet access point rather than a WAP access point. With an Internet access point, you must specify 0.0.0.0 as your gateway IP address. In Tools -> Settings -> Connection -> Access points, create or edit an access point so that the "Access point name" refers to an Internet access point rather than a WAP access point, and set the "Gateway IP address" to 0.0.0.0. The access point name will vary depending on your carrier; here are some Internet access points that we know of:

Reusing your Registration Key
When you purchase Reqwireless HotViewer, you will receive a registration key. Each registration key may only be used once. If you delete and then reinstall HotViewer, or if you install HotViewer on a new device, you will need a new registration key. Registered users may "trade in" their registration key when changing devices or reinstalling HotViewer. To avoid needing a new registration key and losing your settings when upgrading, you should upgrade over top of the existing application rather than removing it first.
