Hi,here is the tutorial :

- First download photofiltre here.
- Install photofiltre on your computer.
- To create icon mask,choose a png icon with dotted contour.You can find beautiful icons here.

- Open photofiltre and your png icon.
- Take the magic wand tool and click on the picture.The green dotted contour must be appear like this :



- Now click right on the picture and choose invert selection then push supp key on your keyboard.The picture appears like this :



- You should have all the time a picture like this,otherwise begin again magic wand tool correctly.

- Click right again on the picture and choose strooke an fill and choose blank color.



- Click OK to finish.The mask is ready,so save the picture as bmp format like this : icon_mask.bmp.

- Open the original png file and save it as bmp file too.
- Resize pictures for quick launcher in 40x40 pixels.
- Repeat the same thing with all your icons.
- Don't forget to edit xml file (ql_skin_l and ql_skin_p ) with the new icon's name.
- Unplug the quick launcher in today/items.
- Copy all the new files in Windows on your ppc.
- Activate the plugin and see your new quick launcher.
